Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bumbloo! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country, location and carrier volume, especially during holidays. If we ever expect your order to arrive later than estimated, we'll let you know by email.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please reach out. We'll work with the carrier to find your package and make it right.
